Warren Cook

Warren trained and taught at several Northland schools before relocating to Auckland to be involved in the ‘Inzone Education Foundation’. Warren’s vision for children and learning is driven by his fundamental belief in maximising the wealth of opportunity that surrounds us and the possibility of personal extension that comes from life-long learning. Warren aims to inspire the youth/tamariki of today by enabling them to uncover their personal strengths, talents and goals.

Atua's teaching career started at Bruce McLaren Intermediate; where she spearheaded the school's first Samoan Biliterate Class for 5 years. She then taught at Lincoln Heights and was a team leader for the Samoan Bilingual Classes. Before embarking on her teaching career she worked in the telecommunications, insurance and finance sectors. Atua's passion is to guide and provide a pathway for students to walk in their ultimate purpose using their strengths and giftings. She is a proud mother of a twin boy and girl who are currently in tertiary study.  Faith, whanau and aroha are her core values that drive her.

Kia ora,

I started my teaching career at Te KKM Maori  o Arowhenua in Invercargill. I then spent 20 years as a Principal in Temuka, South Canterbury, Porangahau, Central Hawkes Bay, Whau Valley in Whangarei, Avondale Primary here in Auckland before finishing in Hamilton.

I've spent the last 3 years as a Senior Education Advisor at the Ministry of Education, Tamaki Herenga tangata, North West.

I have four bilingual adult children and one still at high school, with two cheeky mokopuna entering the schooling ranks soon.

I am life long Warriors and Chiefs supporter and welcome parents and caregivers to drop by here to our Pohutukawa Campus.

Julie taught at Royal Road School for 6 years. The majority of her time there Julie taught year 7/8. Julie has a passion for sports and has been sports co-ordinating for many year. She wants her students to take risks, be resilient and passionate about learning new things. Julie wants her students to revel in their success.

Tamzin Cook

Community Liaison Manager       

Tamzin has a wealth of experience both in administration and in dealing with children and young adults.  Her previous roles included Matron at In-Zone Education Foundation where she provided live in pastoral care and support to 60 teenage boys. More recently she has worked as the Office Manager at Mt Hobson Middle School.  Tamzin works to coordinate support between the family, school and students.
